men:cheating and flirting

Cheating: It's a nasty, ugly business. First of all, there are no hard and fast rules. Every case is different, and only you will know what's acceptable and what's not, no matter what anyone says.

Why do guys cheat?
There are probably a hundred and one reasons why guys cheat. One common reason boyfriends cheat is because they feel something is missing in their current relationship. Thus, they try to find it elsewhere. There's an old saying that infidelity isn't the end of a relationship; it's only a sign that there is something wrong in the relationship. I once knew a guy who couldn't bring himself to break up with his girlfriend. Instead, he did everything wrong so she broke up with him. Happy boyfriends don't cheat. They already have a good thing going and will do everything they can to protect it. If you've been cheated on, it's time to reassess your relationship.
What is cheating?
Guys and girls will differ on their views on cheating. Some girls get jealous if their guy even looks at another girl. Other girls subscribe to the "look, but no touch" philosophy. Men (from Mars, as they say) tend to be more legalistic, creating definitions with as little subjective interpretation as possible.
Like most men, I'll define cheating as betrayal---whether physical or not. A man may be friends with another girl---even jokingly flirt a little---but remain completely faithful. At the same time, a man may just look at another girl and already concoct plans to cheat on you all weekend long. The question at the heart of the matter is, "Did he ever betray you?" Cheating happens once he breaks your trust.

How can he say he loves me and cheat on me at the same time?
Men are famous for separating love and sex, and it's been known to happen time and again. You've heard the excuse before: "It was just physical; it didn't mean anything." Still, he cheated on you and it is deplorable---but it is also possible he still loves you. Why? It could also have been a momentary weakness on his part.

Once he's cheated, should I take him back or leave him?
You're the only one who can really answer this. It's difficult to make things work after someone has cheated on you. Trust is the one of the foundations of a relationship, and cheating just ruins this.
Infidelity isn't always the end. You have to think of several things: The chances he'll do it again in the future, how sincere he is he won't do it again, and how much the relationship really means to him---and to you. It's not easy to take him back after he's cheated on you, but at times, it has been known to work. I guess that's why they call it commitment.

ladies?ladies?tell me where you get your bodies from...tell me where you gett your bodies from.
I got it from my mama..

harhar

i would like to share something on an article i read on the net.

How to Look Younger--5 Ways

http://www.ehow.com/how_4552564_look-younger-ways.html?ref=fuel&utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=ssp&utm_campaign=yssp_art

step1 Take supplements. Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin c, calcium, magnesium and a multivitamin can go a long way to helping you look younger.

Step2
Drink plenty of water. A lack of water leads to dark circles and dry skin, which can make you look older. Drinking plenty of water flushes out toxins too, and leads to a brighter, healthier complexion. This tip is easy, nearly free, and natural. I would encourage everyone to try this one.

Step3
Drink 3 cups of green tea per day. It's full of EGCG, a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants are great cell protectors of the skin.

Step4
Use very little or no powder on your face. Especially if you have dry skin, stop using powder. You don't need it, and it will just settle into any fine lines and accentuate them.

Step5
Cut back on the sugar. A process of sugar consumption called glycation breaks your skin down by decreasing elasticity and firmness. Instead of sugary treats, try to eat an orange a day, which fills you up with a full day's supply of vitamin c.

somuch for the tips..think i better cut on the sugars FOR NOW..nyahahahaha...

take care all

stay young, feel young.

SOMETHING STUPID LIKE LOVE.

for women:" a man who truly loves you will never let you go no matter how hard the situation is."

for men: "a woman who truly loves you will be angry at you for so many things but will still stick around."

what a catchy phrase right? if i talk about love maybe I'm not really the right person for you to read and listen. But nevertheless i could still share something about my love life. harhar

eheeemmm (clears throat) where do i start of?

In the phrase (for women) it states there that "a woman who truly loves a man will be angry for so many things but will stick around." I totally agree with it. I have my own share of experience, rejections, being dumped (imagine, ako gud ang girl nya baga keo nawong ang lake i push ko away), and other things that hurts me. I've been betrayed, I've experience false hopes and when you're on the midst of that situation you really don't know what to do you become "tanga" as our bisaya slang describes it. I really don't know if I was "tanga" at that moment. All i know is that i loved that person soooo much. too much perhaps. And i can't afford to loose him. I thought that staying around would be better since I'm the person who understands him so much. Not all the time, but most of the time. Even though i was dumped over and over again i STiLL CHOOSE to love him. I had my share of sleepless nights, and sometimes literally i can feel pain on my chest for crying too much. I cry myself to sleep and have some serious eyebags the next morning. But how can we say enough is enough?when do we declare it? It's true that i have loved TRULY. i just LOVED, LOVED,and LOVED.

but it's alright, it's ok.

I know I'm a woman now.

i know i truly loved.

i learned and i forgive.

im also thankful for the experience, 2 years was quite a journey right?

I've got tips to the ladies out there

be with a man you are sure of.
don't be too jealous.
don't be too lax.
don't be too irritating.

do understand him.
do care for him.
and well, discover and learn things on you're own

love is a bitter sweet journey.

it's risky.
it's painful.
but remember at the end of the day it will be all worth it.

you look wonderful tonight

sweet melodies and sweet songs are the manna to my ear. Since im a super sweet and sentimental person(idealistic perhaps), i make believe like an 8 year old child who waits for her Knight In Shinning Armor. But what the heck! hahaha..im 19 years old already. But there's nothing wrong in dreaming awake right? A song of Eric Clapton entitled "you look wonderful tonight" really inspires me to find somebody God would give me someday. the Song goes like:

It's late in the evening; she's wondering what clothes to wear.
She puts on her make-up and brushes her long blonde hair.
And then she asks me, "Do I look all right?"
And I say, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."

We go to a party and everyone turns to see
This beautiful lady that's walking around with me.
And then she asks me, "Do you feel all right?"
And I say, "Yes, I feel wonderful tonight."

I feel wonderful because I see
The love light in your eyes.
And the wonder of it all
Is that you just don't realize how much I love you.

It's time to go home now and I've got an aching head,
So I give her the car keys and she helps me to bed.
And then I tell her, as I turn out the light,
I say, "My darling, you were wonderful tonight.
Oh my darling, you were wonderful tonight."

the song is so sweet. How i wish somebody will see me that way.

nyahaha...to mushy,,mushy,,mushy,.

YOU KNOW YOU LOVE ME-XOXO 'AI

i really miss my favorite TV show..

GOSSIP GIRL..

Huhuhu(sobbing) i still haven't finished watching the full episodes if season 2(two). Do you have any idea how HANGING it is? gosh, super hanging talaga........i love Blaire so much..i love her clothes. i love her style, but attitude wise, i'd rather be Serena. I can correlate with her love story and Dan..hehehe so much for the happy ending..

nwei,to those girls who haven't seen the show, i could give some overview..

Gossip Girl is a novel series written by Cecily von Zeigesar. Whew! like her family name is easy to pronounce?oh well, let's continue..uhm, so this show is all about the elite society and the life of the main actors SERENA, DAN, BLAIRE, CHUCK and NATE. Each episode of Gossip girl is narrated by an unseen narrator 'gossip girl'. So the story goes like, boyfriend likes bestfriend, bestfriend makes best enemies, complex love stories, and etchetera...etchetera....

hmm...in my own point of view, gossip girl isn't really a good influence for the youth today since most of them have premarital sex, gossip, drugs. Americans are really liberated but even though some of their not so youth friendly values are shown they still have good sides. hmm..let me enumerate:

1.they value their friendship so much..a line reminds me from the show that says, "with friends like these who need armies?". cool ryt?

2.they value their FAMILY. We may think that most of them in the states aren't that family oriented but as shown here in the series, their family plays and important role in their growing up. Divorce happen, lesbian realtionships, fraud, still they are willing to accept and love their family althroughout.

3.their LOVE STORY?
nyahahah..am i kindah biased on this part?nwei, i really love their love stories, of Dan and Serena and Chuck and Blaire..hehehe

love it..

and the best part of all is their

FASHION.. I just love their fashion so much.

heheh
so much for that...
"
better watch it girls.. "and who am i,you know you love me XOXO-gossip girl"
